HOW IT WORKS
INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS
You have a
project that needs completing
-
Pick up
the phone and call (or email) Nicola Clark
-
Explain
your project, ask any questions
-
Receive an
estimation for your work
-
Agree to
outsource the work to Nicola Clark, sign the booking form (sometimes a
deposit will be asked for at this stage)
-
Send by
post, fax , email or ftp anything needed for Nicola Clark to complete
the work
-
Nicola
Clark will complete your work within the timeframe specified and return
it to you
-
You will
be given a couple of days to check it over and ascertain that you are
happy
-
Then your
invoice will be sent as well as a customer service questionnaire
-
Payment is
expected within 7 days
ONGOING CONTRACT
You have
ongoing work (admin, accounting data input etc.) that needs to be done
-
Pick up
the phone and call (or email) Nicola Clark
-
Explain
your situation, estimate how many hours per week / month you will need
-
Nicola
Clark will send you a bespoke proposal with a timetable and rate to suit
your needs
-
Agree to
outsource the work to Nicola Clark – have a discussion about the finer
points
-
Sign the
booking form and send a deposit (all contract clients will be asked to
send a deposit in order to activate their credit account so they can pay
monthly; the deposit will be refunded after 6 months)

Send by
post, fax, email or ftp anything needed for Nicola Clark to complete the
work
-
Work will
be allocated by you and completed as required – I can either have a
weekly / monthly task sheet that I know to be going on with, or you can
contact me and allocate work as we go along.

You will
receive an invoice on the 1st day of each calendar month
detailing work completed the previous month and any charges incurred
(e.g.: postage, calls etc.)

Payment is
expected within 7 days.
